ABOUT MARC LEMOINE ARCHITECTURE, LLC

MARC LEMOINE ARCHITECTURE, LLC, was established to provide a high level of client service and innovative architectural design. Working closely with our clients and the construction teams throughout the design and construction phases ensures projects exceed our clients’ expectations.

Each project is unique. Marc Lemoine Architecture uses project tested techniques to integrate the client’s goals, budgets, site qualities, project opportunities and constraints to create structures that transcend the moment and blend beauty and function.

Credentials

Marc Lemoine, AIA, NCARB

Education

Mr. Lemoine received his bachelor of architecture degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. His education included a year of study in Florence Italy.

Employment

Upon completion of his education in 1981, Mr. Lemoine joined Richardson Nagy Martin in Newport Beach, California where he worked on numerous residential and resort land plans. In 1985, he joined Mclarand Vasquez and Partners in Costa Mesa, California where he worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects. In 1986, Mr. Lemoine located to Las Vegas, Nevada to join G.C. Wallace where he eventually headed their architectural division.  While at G.C. Wallace he designed single family homes, multi-family projects, land plans, commercial, office and public projects. In 1996 Mr. Lemoine founded his firm.

Professional Practice

Mr. Lemoine is a registered architect in Nevada, California, Utah, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado.

Professional Associations

Mr. Lemoine has been a member of the American Institute of Architects since 1988, he has been a certificate holder from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards since 1991.
